It is the constant endeavor of RUMBLE CONCEPT to give our customers the highest quality products obtainable. RUMBLE CONCEPT guaranties each new product to be free from defects in both workmanship and material for a period of one (1) month from the date of purchase, provided that the product is properly installed, subjected to normal use and service and that the product is not modified or changed in any way, or damaged because of negligence by customer or installer or used for racing or competition purposes.

Customers who believe they have a defective product :

If product was purchased from one of our dealers/distributors you will have to contact them directly and follow their return policies, If a thorough inspection of the product indicates defects in workmanship or material, our sole obligation shall be to repair or replace the product.

Warranty covers only the product itself and not the cost of installation or removal. Our warranty does not cover the cost of customer applied aftermarket coatings in any way (including air-brush job).

If you receive a product directly from RUMBLE CONCEPT (drop-ship arrangement with dealers or distributors) that was damaged in shipping, contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Damage or deffects resulting from collision, improper installation, road hazards, abusive use or racing, are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty for RUMBLE CONCEPT products applications extends only to the original purchaser (with proof of purchase) only for the original vehicle on which it is installed.

Parts described or listed herein are designed for off-road use only. These parts should not be installed on any vehicle used on any street or highway since they were not tested and DOT approved by federal government.

RUMBLE CONCEPT shall not be liable for any and all consequential damages occasioned by the breach of any written or implied warranty pertaining to this sale in excess of the purchase price of the product sold.
